I begin with high-quality stoneware clay and sculpt entirely by hand—no moulds—so your piece is one of a kind. After refining features, clothing and textures, I fire the work in the kiln for strength. I then apply glazes and optional lustre accents to suggest fabrics like satin, lace or velvet. A second, lower firing fixes these finishes, adding depth and a gentle sheen that reads beautifully in natural light.
Designing from Imperfect Photos
You don’t need studio shots. I routinely work from mixed, older or imperfect images, cross-referencing angles to recover key likenesses and wardrobe details. Where helpful, I’ll suggest simple pose or base options (plaque, date, names) so the design feels complete without clutter.
